Looking for some advice. As you unbanned me and I went to go for a chat and it says banned I haven’t even done anything to get banned. But there’s something wrong when I sign in another email account I have never seen before so I’m thinking it’s due to the unfamiliar email can you please help me I was under GayEdinburgh no number just GayEdinburgh

My apologies and thank you for your help much appreciated. The email doesn’t belong to me so I think it’s got something to do with the email address for me getting banned

There could be several reasons why you are getting the banned screen. The admins will investigate when they are able and help you find a solution.

I got banned for spamming when I wasn’t even spamming the chat it was someone else

Sounds like it could be an IP or account sync issue rather than a new ban. Maybe try clearing cookies/cache or contacting support again with the username details.
