Banned

I was banned yesterday without even being online. I would like to know why and how to get the banned removed if possible. Screen name is URSoNotMyType chat room was general chat. If someone could let me know what happened that would be great

You were banned due to your multiple violations of breaking room rules - language, topics, etc. In order to avoid a ban in the future, it would be best to follow all room rules. I won’t be lifting your ban in General Chat.
