Banning going wild in Video Chat

There are a lot of disgusting names in Video Chat. Which are allowed and accepted. I have a Spanish Name which is fairly mild in comparison and I get banned because it is spanish. I understand you cannot speak Spanish in there. But a name is in no way speaking.. I would like if something can be done about this.

I recommend you attach any screenshots of what occurred. It doesn't seem too clear what happened- this is just "he said/she said" right now.
