Impersonating anyone is a felony let alone impersonating minors.

Impersonating Another Person 403 (1) of the Code states that identity fraud involves impersonating someone to gain some benefit.
Those found guilty of identity theft face up to five years in prison, with that maximum penalty doubled for identity fraud.
 
Why are people ignoring the fact that this person who made the thread has been exposed? Regardless of who exposed him, we’ve found out the truth. Would you want this person around kids? No. He’s a danger to society. He thought he was talking to a minor and wanted to do sexual things to a minor.

The fact is, the dude got caught, regardless of who exposed him. Now we get to protect minors from him.

The majority of people who make complaint threads actually deserve the mute/kick they’re complaining about. So dismissing said complaint is actually a resolution.

But I’m not talking about the people who come here and literally say “I broke the rules and was punished!” I’m talking about serious matters like the safeguarding on minors. People online are so desensitised to claims about pedophilia and the like because “pedo” has become the go to term.

In this thread alone, I’ve seen someone accused of being a pedo because they’ve had public interactions with a minor, someone accused of being a pedo because they use a 13+ room, and someone accused of being a pedo simply because they’re on side A and not side B of this argument.

When the word is thrown around so casually, nobody is going to take it seriously when a potentially worrying matter arises.

TLDR: stop calling people pedo as a casual chat insult

We all saw the screenshots of what you said to supposedly an *14 year old* that was your name in general chat you even used the same name once in single chat before so don't even fucking deny it . BD and ares had nothing to do with it . Everytime you point a finger at someone there is 3 more fingers pointing back at you . You deserve what you get you sick vile of **** .

Thats impersonationtion to gain some sort of benefits. It does not apply to a chat room or else all the catfish would be locked up. I'm starting to think you might be a predator yourself like Hardcore. There's zero reason for someone to be up in arms after hearing about a guy grooming a supposed 14 year old amd saying he was gonna make a 3 hour drive for sex. Out of all of that, you're offended he got catfished.
