Being kicked for made up "rule"

I (user ash3) have been kicked multiple times by at least two moderators, 0Sen and Ale on different days, the most recent being 12/8/24, for referencing an age range that they claim is "out of my range". There is no rule regarding this. This is admin abuse. The times for the kick have been anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours.
 
hiya, im not the one that has kicked you but i just thought that you should know this; each time you get actioned for the same thing the kicks add up.

in my opinion the first couple times you got kicked shouldve been enough to make you stop but clearly they weren’t enough.

Weird to be kicked in the first place for something that isn't a rule.
 
Hello there, I am Ale, I was one of the mods that kicked you. I did indeed kick you for "Skinny boys 13-15 hmu". Now, while it may not specifically be stated within the rules, I considered it against the rules as did other mods that actioned you for it, not just one other mod. The reason for this? Well, you are 16 years old, and you are asking for an age range of 13-15, to me, it seems highly concerning for you to be doing this, especially after the numerous actions you've been given. It says your account was created on 09-04-2024, and the first warning you received was on 09-30-2024. Since then, you've been muted, and kicked incrementally. And as gloomsy said, you have not stopped sending this message in main, at times almost even spamming, nor have you asked any mods about this before now, now that you have reached the highest kick.

Actually I did inquire with a mod the first time, to which I was told that it was not against the rules to say "13-16" or to ask for age ranges. In fact it is in the rules to ask for specific numbers vs "older" or "younger".
As to your thoughts about why I continue to do it, that is not cause for reoccuring admin abuse.
How can something "not specifically be stated within the rules" and yet still be against the rules?
 
I did not say it's against the rules to ask for age ranges. I said, I considered the age range you were asking for, to be highly concerning and against the rules. Although, you may have inquired the first time, you continued to get kicked for this, and didn't inquire again? I stand by my decision and will continue to do so unless told otherwise.

Your opinion vs the facts are two entirely different things. You acted on conjecture and against the guidelines that should be established for your roll on the site. This could be of no fault of your own.
Again, "you continued to get kicked for this" is irrelevant when this started with the opinion of a single mod, who I'm sure has spread his/her opinion on it to others and convinced them (and you) to act the same way, much in the same fashion a lemming follows the leader of the line off of a cliff face.
We shall await the arrival, conversation and determination of the admin.
 
Yes, you're right that I acted on my judgement. However, the rules can't always account for everything. I used my own judgement, based on what's stated in the rules. Although it doesn't state that what you said was against the rules, as I stated previously, you should have inquired with a staff member again once you noticed you were being kicked. I believe I used my judgement correctly, obviously as do others that have actioned you for it. As I said, I stand by my decision, and yes, we shall await the arrival.

You are correct that you haven't violated the rules. I've spoken with the moderator who actioned you, and we've sorted it out. You shan't be kicked for it again.
