I've had friends faded away, but I just keep moving on. Friends come and go but true best friends stick around. I had a best friend I lost contact with after I introduced her to an ex friend who became toxic snd tried to jeopardize our friendship. In the end, everyone stopped being her friend but my ex best friend got closer to her. I got tired of hearing about all the bad things she was telling my ex best friend so I stopped contacting her. We talk from time to time but not like we used to.

And.... We ain't got nobody, but we are looking all around, for a new way to be friends, or just better friends with life. When time is running out and there ain't no looking back. They want us closer together and loving every minute, every minute of it all. We should try to understand, but it's up to you and up to me and up to all of us, to get closer together.
