I'm actually quite sick and tired of having to post this thread over and over again. Expecially since it's supposedly been solved about four times now with @NorCal

I reported an issue that I had with screenshots showing multiple users who have made multiple accounts and have been banned in the past many times.

Instead the mod looks at my history from false kicks from the previous Admin ***** stating I was an adult pretending to be a kid, again got kicked 12 hours after this situation was dealt with many times before.

It's always the same mod Seb that is persistent on it and kicks constantly but won't kick any of the other users that I've constantly posted that they've been banned but come back days later.

These users haven't just been banned from boys chat but other rooms including kids chat and another site 321 chat.

I have also tried posting the pics here to show too but am not having luck. I also tried posting where it's been dealt with by the active admin in my other thread again no luck.

Just a quick comment: it’s an unfortunate reality of chat sites that banned users can find a way to return. If you think someone can be banned and never show up again, you’re going to be disappointed. But it’s no fault of the Admin doing the banning. Just sayin

That's not my main problem but is a problem because i do provide proof of their previous bans and they'renot banned again, however my problem is Seb has constantly been the one to kick me saying I'm a pedo pretending to be a kid when this issue has already been dealt with by the admin @NorCal He instead of addressing the proof I provide of these users coming back after bans literally using same pics and bios instead looks at my false kicks from the previous admin ***** and goes with it

Max the stress of seeing the same banned users over and over again and again is frustrating Ik trust but this is the web we can’t control some issues. Even in rl someone gets banned from Walmart don’t mean they arnt gonna get back in. It’s nearly impossible for them to identify these people. Although we have seen this over and over we do ban alternate accounts of evading users as long as their banned account is viewable if it is no longer viewable then we have to wait and see if they offend again at what time they will be delt with accordingly. As for the allegations that you are an adult pretending to be a child please note that most admins go based on history and ***** has given u quite the history I’m sure @NorCal can talk to Seb he is quite reasonable. I’ll also let him know about this thread.
 
My personal opinion iv never seen a complaint about u and iv chilled with u long before I was a mod even watched ur stream for a few hrs u don’t talk sextual ever to anyone so it dosnt matter what anyone thinks.
 
The Honest reason? I broke down with personal life was failing classes and not spending enough time with friends and focusing on chat way too much. I used the time off to catch up on needed me time and focus on what’s Important. I may have blamed CA but I shouldn’t have. I give thanks to my counsellor @purplerose for helping me realize that CA and all online life is optional and has to be balanced. They have been listing to me and advising me the whole time I was away.

Sorry to hear that it was a big impact to you. I used to be the same. But I’ve learnt over the years I’ve been here. That it’s just a side hobby. Something to do in spare time, don’t let it worry/hassle you. And always ensure you are having a good time. When it affects you mentally. Then you know it’s time to give it a break

Yea agreed idk why it took me freaking out to realize this and having to be taught something I never thought would happen to me but I feel a lot better and know my limits it honestly had nothing to do with CA was just an excuse to justify to myself why things were crashing but it wasn’t bad I was able to get everything back on track and am now an 84% average so I’m happy af tbh that’s the best I ever been.

Ok I understand when their account deletes after the month of inactivity but when there's screenshots showing their exact same pic, exact same bio, age and name how is it when I report that I'm the one that gets the 12 hour kick while that multiple banned account user gets to stay on. Also why is it that if I posted these banned screenshots he looks into my kick history for, like what's the purpose there. And I was told before that I was kicked and unkicked to show that @NorCal Was aware and dealt with the situation before.
 
Unfortunately due to the availability of image altering software CA does not base ban or kick decision’s on user given screen shots. It is encouraged to use the report button for any offending post. As for past offending content it can’t be expected that we act on previous offences especially if there is no history to back it. I’m sure police see people that they now have offend in the past but have no warrants or wants just cuz they know them dosnt mean they can harass them. As for your personal issue with how Seb has dealt with this I think it would be best to PM @NorCal. Although in his defence I always look at a reporters history it’s just habit.
