Brother took over phone

You guys closed the conversation before I was able to respond but...I would leave my phone in my room unlocked thinking my brother would respect my privacy..he took my phone changed the age and kept doing that until he heard me comeing back from walks and what not..please give me a second chance to actually take better care of this situation

So on multiple different occasions, your brother took your phone and changed your age? I suppose during those occasions he also sent messages in main stating you were underage? You also have a history of mega str on your profile, which warrants a report to the authorities. As @Inkandtatts said the first time, your ban will not be lifted. Don't come back.
