I just want to share something about the mod Brownie
We have had our disagreements, but I have always respected her. But yesterday she crossed a line. She told me to change my messages, remove the word cam, and then I could return in 2 hours when my ban was up. I did that. And today she still kicked me.
I have taken a lot of abuse from her, and it’s only her, no other mod have a problem with me.
She goes on these insane rates, I’m sure if she responded to this she give some examples.
She has gotten it in her head that I’m a predator, and I’m catfishing for kids, I have pointed out many times that LC is a 17 and over room, I’m not interested in kids, if I wanted that,there is a room for kids, but the mods in that room would not know me, because I’m never in there . I have asked for proof, literally anything that I’m a pedo, but she just says some stuff that she don’t owe me anything.
Just felt like blowing of some steam. All and all I still enjoy this chat

You spam the room with requests for cam stating that "age doesn't matter" and the mods have repeatedly told you that age DOES matter as stating it doesn't suggests you are open to underage users contacting you.

Since cam is not an option in LC, asking for it suggests you will offer folk the chance to chat elsewhere...which would be advertising other platforms and is also against the rules.

Quite frankly I'm amazed you aren't permabanned.

Dan sir, You break the rules EVERY SINGLE DAY! & then spam when you’re punished for it. Nobody is going to feel sorry for you . Stop asking for “any age” we already know you’re a pedo!

Please provide any proof that I’m looking for children. I have made a active choice to be I a 17 and over room

She made a good case for cam not being allowed, so I took that word out. And even though she invited me back when my ban was up, she flipped and kicked me out. Even after I used me revised messages

Age does matter. Why not just ask for 17 plus?
Asking for Cams elswhere is not allowed by ******** in main chat.
You seem to argue that because there are paid Cam adverts that you can do the same.
They have paid you have not.

If you don't get your way and and have been kicked you resort to spaming chat.

My point has always been that there is no specific rules that says I can’t use cam. But a few days ago Brownie pointed out that in the disclaimer it says that the site can change rules. So I accept that. I took out the word cam , and I was still kicked, even after Brownie had said I would not.
A few days ago you were in the chat as the same time I was, and I begged you to pm me so we could find a solution, but you just ignored me, and now you are in here telling the chatmaster to shut down the thread, because you are not interested in helping people, you just want to enforce the status quo
Also I think it’s disgusting that you believe that just because people have money, they can break the rules, that’s not a society I want to live in. I believe in rights of people
In regards to age don’t matter. Because in a 17 and over room it doesn’t, why is that so hard to understand

But keep in mind that Chat Avenue use 18 as the standard for adult vs minor. So if you’re asking for adult things for anyone’s under 18, regardless of local laws where you live you’re gonna get kicked and or banned. Just saying

I’m not asking for adult things. The words I use are very neutral. I don’t use sexual language.

But it does matter. In ALL rooms. It’s a common expectation that ******** can’t ask for “any age” mainly because bad people use neutral wording like that to solicit cp and underage.

I’m NOT saying that was your intent. I’m explaining to you why in every room you can’t ask for “any age”. You need to specify an age range. It’s an easy thing to do and people who refuse to do it cast more suspicion on their motives.

Here are my two cents on this matter.
When you Spam you say that this is like being in stonewall and say that we repress lesbians from enjoying their sexuality.
Please follow the rules like everyone else does and don’t spam the room when we kick you.
Age does matter and there are no longer cams in Lesbian Chat.

I’m not asking for cam anymore, that’s my point. Brownie informed me about a text in the disclaimer. I think it’s a bit cheeky to hide it in small print, but I accept it, and I changed my message. And I was still kicked.

How many times do I have to say this
Age doesn’t matter to me in a 17 and over room, that’s the age group I’m comfortable with, definitely not younger than 17.

Then say 17 and up instead of any age. That's all you have to do.

It’s a 17 and over room. When I go in to that room I expect everyone in the room to be 17 and over.
There is no rule against using neutral language, if I was asking for younger I would grant that you have a point.
I have never met anyone under 17 in there. And if there is underage users, then is on the admin and her moods

When you go in to MacDonald’s , do you specify that you want your patty in between 2 pieces of bread. No because it’s implied by the common understanding of the situation you are in. Same thing here. It’s a 17 and over room, so everyone understands that age doesn’t matter is 17 and over
And I don’t understand why the age thing is what we are talking about. That was never the issue, it was the asking for cam. I changed that, and I was still kicked

It’s not just on the mods and admins of being aware of peoples ages. They can’t be there to hold your hand 24 hours a day to make you aware of your surroundings . As a supposed adult that is your responsibility as well paying attention what age ******** are you are trying to talk to .

I agree, so they should trust that if i would encounter a underage person, I will not engage with them

So you won't be asking for cam anymore , thats a result thanks.

"Age doesnt matter" it clearly does as explained above. If you put "17 plus feel free to pm" I dont think anyone would say anything.
It seems you have your lines on copy and paste so one change and done.

However you say your not willing to change it, that we have to trust you should an underage contact you.
I hate to disillussion you but I have no trust in what is said in chat and especially by someone who trolls and spams the room breaking rules again and again.
Your unwillingness to change when it has been spelt out to you is a worry.
Perhaps you wish to attract people who have dubious views regarding age.
You will have to explain your motivation a lot clearer.

If its a question of free speach that you should be allowed to say it? You chat here under Chat Avenues terms and conditions and one of the requirements is that when you mention age is to specify a range as operated in all of the chat rooms.

I don't see whats so difficult to do as we ask?
