Cam light on but and showing but people cannot view

So im on macOS ive tried safari and Chrome, both will say allow microphone then camera and i allow always and green light shows but when people request see cam i accept and then it pops up again or they resend and i keep accepting but nobody can see..
 
cams have been not working in adult chat for nearly 6 months now, if its a software update it must be one BIG update... odd thing is they will work once and you can view a cam but then after that they don't work again lol i'm not a tech wiz by any means but 6 months tech issues/update is a long time, anyway, maybe will be fixed one day..... Maybe they should remove the cam option totally until they finally work out what the issue is, might stop all the frustration of people trying to use an advertised feature of the room.
