Cam wont display

Cam works fine on any other site. Just a Chat Ave issue. Actually can use the cam on Chat Ave , if, I click on my own name to monitor cam feed. Normal cam feed is just grey'd out.

yea, been through the settings a hundred times. just not seeing it. everything is allowed.
