In Lesbian chat room it says my Gender is Male, clearly it isn't and I've tried changing this but all I get is to contact tech support which I'm now doing

Hello, it’s a bit odd that when you created your account you didn’t put your correct gender, but I’m tagging the room admin and you can deal with them.
If you did actually already talk to the room admin and they agree with you changing the gender, then they need to follow their processes for doing that.
There isn’t anything “tech support” can do in this case.

I thought i did put the right gender it was only when I looked at my profile when it was sorted and I seen it said male

You said you talked to the admin right? Just follow up with them.
