Can't create new accounts

The confirmation email is not being sent when a new account is created..

Is it a legitimate email or a burner? Did you log onto the right **** Master?

It's a legitimate email address and it's the right address. She also tried a different account, with a burner account. both times it did not work.. When you try to log on, it prompts for the verification number, if you click "resend" it gives an error message saying "Oops something stange happened.. Try again later..

This issue has also happened on girls chat when I tried to create a new account. Three attempts to resend the email but no dice.
Confirmed the email address but trying to log in with the email address rather than username and brings me to verify email screen,

Nothing in junk or spam or inbox.
