why was I baned ? what is ban ev ?

my user name is littleAsh
i was band fromm teen room on Sunday about 3:00 A.M.
when i try to long on now all I see is

Oh I missed that.
 
She said I must have signed in as a guest, which isn't true.
Not only can I not get a honest answer but I can't get an explanation as to WHY I was banned.

and she blocks the post so i can't even respond to her each time , i have to start a new one
