I try to log in and keep on saying incorrect password so i got an termpory password from my email still did not work now it says my account does not exist anymore
(Ps talking about my username cecechan in teenchat

Hi there, I hope all is well with you and your family. Have you tried to clear your history or cache data on your phone or laptop? Sometimes that helps. Good luck with everything. Sometimes you might want to restart your phone or computer. I hope this helps. Sometimes it helps me sometimes it doesn't. I'm just trying to help you.
 
Are you on a laptop or cell phone trying to fix this for you? Sometimes if you're on a laptop you might have your Caps on. For big letters. Because I'm sure not all passwords have all capital letters. Sometimes people forget to turn off their cap locks on their computer and everything's always in big letters. Does it say anything that your banned or anything like that or no? I'm actually having problems with my internet today too so. My internet keeps going on off on off on off today. It's weird I know.

Are you sure you're typing everything correctly? Make sure that if your password has caps are not caps use it correctly at the time. Have you tried to reboot your phone or restart your phone turn it off turn it on back on. Have you cleared your browser? Have you cleared everything cleared history?
Where it says email. You know you have to put your email in that box correct? Then it should have a password and you put your password in there afterwards wherever it says it just read everything about that. When I usually log and I just log in with my username. Try logging in with your username. Instead of your email. First. Then of course you do your password.

When I sign in I can either sign in by my email or I can sign in by my screen name on here. Do you see that where you can sign in either by email or your screen name? Try to find where you can sign in with your name a email. Do you have that like mine?

On my end it says on log in. Name or email! It says for login either can put it says name or email login. Do you see that one? In the login page.
Login in says Name or username. You can type in.
Then your password. Then click log in or you can even save it on here too.
