It being a guest account i would message the boys chat admin @NorCal your IP so that he can check to make sure it’s not banned in any way. Click his name and hit start conversation. If the ban page doesn’t state a reason why you can’t enter it may be a glitch. Try clearing your cache and if you’re on mobile toggle wifi off and try entering. Let us know.
