cant login to video chat

Hello my issue at the moment is I can't login to video chat on desktop but I can login using my phone while still using wifi. I cleared my cache , cookies restarted the router, and the pc and so many other things recommended by ********. Someone help pleaseee thanks.

It could be the browser you're using, try using a different one if it isn't g-oogle chrome. If that does not work then i dunno.
