Cant send pics in pms or rooms

I have the same issue. I've checked the forums and nobody has a solution
Which chat rooms were you in?
I don’t see anything on your account that would prevent you from doing that. Try powering your device down and up again, clearing your cache, toggling airplane mode on and off and restarting your router.
