Cant' send pictures

I can not upload any photos regardless of the device im using. ive tried it on both laptop and mobile. in inprivate browsing or regular browser. already tried clearibg the cache and cookies.

I hope someone can help me

is there a room this happens in?

Ive also heard this from a few gen chat users who use phones...

no error. but itll show me icon that it is uploading them nothing will happen. i had one friend who i ask to check if he would see it -- just to make sure i didnt miss it getting posted. but he cant see any upload either from his end

ive tried 3 rooms. same thing happens.

A number of vip accounts have this problem, can’t post pictures the vip account reverts back to like a guest account, one of my accounts in singles gen and dating has this problem. No matter the device you use it’s the same.
 
It happened to me the same thing in sex chat the other day. It said to uploading, but nothing happened. I restarted the browser and my phone. I cleared out the history. It didn't work. I gave up and tried again the next day, and it worked.
