Case of 'Banning'

Hello,

Fairly recently I was banned on Gay Chat Avenue for apparently "requesting underage users", as told to me by someone in power (will not state their specific title unless asked to do so).

I know for an absolute fact that I did not go on that site and request anything like that. I asked the person in power for a transcript and they said that they could not provide me one as it was for reserved for internal use. I am hoping that I can speak to someone regarding this false accusation. I have been kicked before for accidentally posting the links to job postings, You Tube videos, etc., only because I was multitasking with Gay Chat Avenue running in the background. And even after being kicked, I never was even spoken to or pulled aside for the mistake that I made (apparently that is against the community guidelines).

Being banned was an entirely different scenario as it had never happened to me. I guess the gist of what i'm saying is, not all of the users of this site are aware of every rule and guideline. If I had done something, (which, again, I know I didn't do what was claimed) I I would hope that I would be DM'd privately and warned to stop, or be told that what i'm posting is against the guidelines. Prior to even reaching out to the person in power, I reached out to a moderator who apparently banned me and they were very unprofessional.

I have since been un-banned, however this matter is still important to me and for users to come, so much so that I hope to be reached out to. Thank you for your time!
 
You were a VIP user, you have been asked SEVERAL times to remove the AP from your username, which you do while I am in the room, but as soon as a mod leaves you change it back.

I have also explained to you in the past that AP requires an 18+ age range

You have ignored warning after warning after warning and persisted to be an ignorant fool I hope Chopper does NOT remove the ban as it is well deserved.

Chopper was the moderator who I reached out to thatwas being very unprofessional when I reached out to them like the page said . I didn't mention their name until now.

I have since been un-banned as I mentioned, however people who use the chat need to be told what it is they may be doing wrong, rather than just being outright kicked or banned.

Also, this is what the link that you just sent me took me to a page that says:
