Charcuterie Board

Charcuterie boards are my go to appetizer choice while out dining with the Mrs.
This season Santas helper brought me a cheese tower. I am enjoying some pepper jack spread, summer sausage.Ritz crackers and German mustard. I think all I need is maybe some thinly sliced green apples to be complete.
What I want to know is what goes on your Charcuterie Board? Please if you don;t know what Jerry Lewis, Fireman pandering on the streets with their boots, and RyRy have in common please everyone have a good holiday season,

I'm pretty simple. I like my blue cheese, mature cheddar, Camembert, brie, grapes, prosciutto and some light crackers, with a nice Sav blanc to wash it all down with.

I would happily dip in to either of those- excellent taste.

I would add Applewood smoked cheddar and tickler Cornish cheddar and some chutneys perhaps caramelised onion, or plum and spiced apple. And maybe some salami.
