Chat and forum aren't functioning properly

I am writing this with great difficulty. At least I can write here!
If there was an email address where users can contact chat avenue, it would have been much better. If there is one, please write that here.
Now my issues. In short the site is broken at my end. I am giving screenshots.
Additionally not all buttons of the site are working.
My problem is persistent with other browsers. Also I have checked with a friend of mine, who uses internet from different ISP. He too has the same problem.
Please fix this soon. It has been almost 15-20 days the site is like this at my end.
 
The *contact us* says for tech issues to post here, not email the site. It also asks users to check the announcement section which may have updates on issues. Posting here- is the best way and is monitored by the site/CM and staff who have specialized knowledge. Hope that helps.

That's bad. May I know why? As far as I know my country does not have any bad reputation here - be it spamming or hacking. Nigeria is a trouble country, too much spammer and scammer from there.

People with whom I am in good terms in singles chatroom, especially Doug78, Chills, Woodsman, UFC Fan, SOLERA_SOLERA, maybe I shan't be able to talk to you ever again. If you read this, it was nice to have known you. Goodbye.

The screenshots I have provided show the reasons why forum alone is not sufficient for situations like this. To explain further, instead of broken website, what if I saw nothing at all? I would think that it is a problem with my ISP. Without e-mail people can't contact the technical team or CM in that kind of situation.

That is new information. I am curious what kind of bad reputation it is.
Anyway, I hope you people will find a way to exempt good users from the block meant for bad users.
