Chat Avenue "ignores" aka blocks

I'm very curious as to why every 2 to 3 weeks my entire "blocked" list is unblocked. You know on a site like this there are going to be people who harass and cause significant problems. We, as members, because I am a member, a VIP, can unblock anyone on my own free will and will do so. I do not want anyone making that decision for me. You're making others feel unsafe by chronically unblocking problematic users whenever you feel like. These people come back and harass even worse. Would you rather good people or horrible people on your platform? Honestly, I don't believe you care but please take this seriously for once. Ignore should be permanent unless I remove the restriction. It's so cut and dry. If that doesn't make sense, why have the OPTION? I've read all your rules and have not caught a stipulation about this. It's backwards, it's not showing any sense of awareness and it needs to be rectified. Not enough people are shedding light on this mess yet it's talked about constantly. We come here to have fun. Can we keep it that way?

Ok, so, hear me out....we're instructed to come here with our grievances and now I need to contact someone else. How would you like me to proceed? Just a tag? Direct message? It appears that you already seem to know they're going to explain this sickening and extremely dissappointing response to me? I really appreciate the fast response but this seems counterintuitive. I can't believe a software for a site like this 😳 would actually cause so much chaos and unnecessary drama for people trying to relax. @Chatmaster Thanks for listening. It's extremely maddening for many, that's all. There just shouldn't be any excuses when it comes to ignoring/blocking someone. We all do it for a good reason and it isn't to see them again in 2 weeks.

You created this thread in the “Technical Support” section and @Ness_eb was clarifying that it’s not a technical issue per se, but more along the lines of “this is something we’re aware of and this is how it’s currently set up”. Could be worse. In video chat, mutes mean nothing since all someone has to do is reload to keep bothering you. There is literally nothing you can do about it. I'd take 2 weeks of silence over the 2 seconds it takes to reload chat and keep harassing. On a typical day there, you mute the same person 20 times in a row, and it still ain't enough.
 
Bunch of whiners - Wots the matter with ya'll?

The chat server and blah blah resets itself fer good reasons, VIP or nuh VIP.

Read da fine print when purchasing VIP memberships if the claim is that because you have purchased VIP access that you have a greater voice other than what has been formulated by Chatmaster and co to prospective VIP membership status.

Outdated fine print normal and bold print all over the place. It's why the place is messed up, CA has been lost somewhere in the ever clear and apparent transition to an audience of adults. In my opinion it has no clear identity and is grasping at straws by trying to cater to everyone to help bring new ideas to assist with clinging on to the ever depleting userbase. It's kinda confusing to me.
