Chat avenue system failed to send account confirmation email.

I went to create my account in general chat room and then I used a 'bad-passord'. I typed my username into the password section and then chat-avenue system did not send the confirmation email. This results in I can not log into the general chat server. Can you fix this?
 
Ummm... why are you putting your username in the password field?

Anyway @TheLeigh is the general chat admin < I have tagged her here for you, she may be able to help you further.
