How come the chat emoji doesn't show up properly when I use my mobile phone emoji from my keyboard in adult mobile/desktop chat as a VIP? Please see the attached picture.

Hello, there have been issues some people have when using emojis from an iPhone.
I can’t find either of those names in Desktop. What chat name do you use there?

I think it's coz of the font/colour your using.

Oh I'm not using an iPhone and I'm not on desktop chat at the moment. My username is Vixen_Siren as a VIP.

I don't think it's coz of the font/color I'm using. This happens to any emoji I was trying to use.

It used to happen with the rainbow colour, emojis didn't work properly. That's why I thought it was the same try changing the font colour and see what happens
