then you've done all there is to do. no other way to get a hold of him.

I have been at chat avenue for a long time. Over the years I have never got a Chatmaster to respond as a user.
When I was a mod and or admin now he would respond to you in mod forums on occasion. So don't plan on hearing back from him cause you probably won't.

The logical thing to do, then, is to message staff with anything you want to have forwarded to Chatmaster. If he never answers Users and occasionally answers staff, then maybe something can make it through if we all give our ideas to staff and they keep us informed with what's going on behind the scenes.
