you should also add selective deleting to your position. deleting posts and leaving others. many times that has happened again both for website advantage and personal advantage.

Oh god Akbar stop. You are not reading comments from those who are currently staff that have problems with his work in forums. And some of those you mention have been mods, admins and UMs much longer than HR.
Now back to you. I know you think you are staff as HR gave you powers to kick others. However you are not modded up in official terms , you have no colors.
You are being used and you are either a blooming idiot or blooming onion or both possibly.

actually a moderator is here to help users. ANY user. registered, guests, other staff, ex staff. users bring in the money. and that says ALOT ABOUT US. offending/alienating the users, is a big no no. not every single user has to agree with everything and comment, suggestion, criticism threads should be allowed to be regularly posted without premature closure or fear of infraction from an unseen mod especially without warnings. it is the moderators "job" to not only to move delete link close things around here and smooth issues over but RETAIN the user count. quite frankly something you and your constant dribbling asskissing, isnt doing. you're new to forums and i (as well as others) have tried extremely hard to let it slide. (something that wouldnt have happened on this site before), but seriously STFU before your colored name is taken for a 2nd time before actually being colored.

I'm sure you're a lovely person, so I don't have anything bad to say to you. I will just say that there is soooooo much that you don't know, you might reserve your judgement. The people that are upset at him have reasons, of which you will probably never know.

Also Akbar if you have trouble handling general chat that says a lot about you. I will admit I don't chat much and now only do forums but the times I have been there things have pretty tame and lame.
Not just living in the past but forums use to be more vibrant when we had UMS that ran the place well. Now forums pretty much like GC are ran into the ground.
