3 Threads in one week is really something to shine a light on! I appreciate your dedication to fairness. This particular instance, I just happened to be in the room for.

The moderators in Singles are well-seasoned ones who are fair, and maintain a level consistency and appropriateness when actioning.

While I appreciate your concern for your friends, “why” they were actioned for something is specifically meant to only be discussed with the actioned chatter. Equally, debating my mods in the main room as to what you feel is actionable or not falls under the category of “Mini-Modding”, which is defined within the Singles Chat Room Rules. Chas is more than welcome to reach out to me or a Mod for clarity on their actions, anytime, in PM. We’re happy to clarify reasons for actions whenever confusion may arise.

What I am very willing to discuss is the reasoning behind the mutes/kicks you mentioned personally receiving. To make sure I’m relaying the full story, I’ll include screenshots.

All of these moments happened before your first mute was issued:

Then, a Mod warned you:

5 minutes after the warning from @Screem you were muted for your continued bashing/trolling and ultimately for not using ignore, as advised.

The additional mutes/kicks you received were issued because you chose to abuse the report system, reporting Staff, multiple times. The mute occurred at 16:36 and the kick at 16:37 EST.

I do believe I’ve asked you to send me a PM in the room or a DM here on Forums for any feedback or concerns regarding the room. Even if I don’t respond right away, I will always respond.

Moving forward, please avoid mini-modding, abusing the report system, partaking or instigating in bashing/trolling, and arguing with the Mods. Instead, please use ignore on chätters you may not be fond of.

I do hope this very novel-length response helps bring some clarity to why I’ve requested to be notified by PM or DM versus going the public route.
