Hello, so I am a mod that was on at the time, however, was not involved in the warning nor muting that took place on your account today. Most of the things I could've said has already been said by my fellow mods, however, I do want to add a few things despite this. First of all, I want to discredit your claim that they were the only mods you saw on, I say this due to the fact that you and I had been exchanging messages throughout the day when we've both been online. Due to this, I say that it's pretty invalid that you did not believe any other mods to be online at the time. As I type this, I see you have responded so let me add something else. I was going to say that the reason you most likely accused gloomsy is due to some personal bias or something of the sort, which seems to be the case after what you've said. Especially in the fact that you guessed based on previous incidents that it'd be gloomsy, because from what I know, if you mean prior mod complaints, that's understandable, however, I have received some mod complaints myself and I am sure other mods have as well. People also constantly complain about all of the mods, they always complain especially when they get actioned, even if it was fair, just to complain. The "odd decisions" doesn't just apply to gloomsy if that's what you're talking about. Also, when you talk about getting actioned the most when gloomsy is online is quite incorrect, by checking your history I can see that a variety of mods, including myself as you know, have actioned you, not just her. And as for the actual punishment, the mute was most likely unjustified, since yes it should've been a warn especially since you were joking, as you said, but she did apologize already, so there seems to be no need to keep dragging it on. Now this isn't based solely on fact, but in my opinion, it just seems you have a bias or grudge against her and decided to open up a mod complaint about her, whilst using excuses to back up your claim, and it just happened to be lucky that she was the one that muted you.
Also, my apologies for yet another yap session, twas not my intention to make it this long. I hope this thread has come to a resolution and that you can accept the apology.
