Complaint on FOREVERMAN

I understand that I have been in chat selling but I was kicked and punished for those things. FOREVERMAN decided to change my username and kick me for selling based on a messsge from yesterday that I've already got kicked for. Please do something about the mods. I've even been kicked for selling before just because i said hey in the chat. Original username is StoneyKodie_
 
Selling is a bannable offense. Be thankful you aren’t permanently banned, since it’s something Chatmaster doesn’t tolerate at all. You admitting to selling will perhaps get you a ban from @Kim … good luck.
 
What's the point of kicking then and not just banning to begin with? Also, I'm not trying to be funny but permanent bans do not work. I thought a kick was to be punishment for breaking rules. The system is pretty flawed.

Only administrators can ban accounts and IP. There are certain things that are warranted for bans, others are just mutes/kicks which essentially are temporary. Not flawed lol.

I'm not trying to argue, I understand why things are the way they are to a certain extent. I guess I never understood why selling was a bannable offense. It doesn't really effect anyone's life. And I understand the IP ban but it isn't effective as there's been repeat child offenders and sex offenders on that chat. They get banned and then they're back on there so I don't understand why ban at all, haha.

So, because a few people are able to deftly bypass their bans (which is, in and of itself, a bannable offense, if they are later caught), Administration should outright forfeit any attempts to keep these rooms safe and well-maintained?

It’s afternoon here, but it’s still too early for a hot take this bad.

If we really think hard we can’t ban every IP someone uses. It’s almost impossible. You could go to the public library and be back, but the ban is placed on the IP that broke the rule. If they make themselves known (which they will cause they can’t hide their sickness) it will be placed on that one too. It’s inconvenience placed on the offender, and we at least remove it for the time being. It’s just the way the cookie crumbles, and that’s why we are here. Have a nice day. 🙂

That's not true. What you just said is a lie. This specific guy I'm talking about has bypassed ban at least a dozen times. Not sure why people think IP even matters. You don't even have to change IP to bypass bans anymore. That's how bad the security has gotten. You have a nice day as well though.

I never said that. At all. I said if you're punished for an offense you shouldn't be punished a second time for the SAME offense as in I was double kicked for the same exact message from yesterday.
