Hello, I am Avinash Walton. My kids chat username is AvinashWalton. I need to justice. Reason is that Kids chat Mod "AA Sanz "(username) is irritated me and He has also tried to repent. I request to Kids chat admin that Scrutinize this problem and dismiss the moderator together! That's all...!!!

I find this particularly funny as I remember you using this "censored word", AND warned by Sanz to stop. I have yet to see a legitimate reason for this complaint. The fact that you had your feelings hurt by a simple warning is actually on the sad side if you ask me. I mean there must be something else going on for one to complain on a subject without rhyme or reason. Is there something else going on? Please feel free to enlighten me at any time, my pms are always open. In the meantime, I am going to sit back, relax, kick my feet up and live life. Oh, here's a question. Why in all of time would one complain about someone just because they had their feelings hurt and were irritated by someone? You need to remember that it is your choice to be in this chat room, not ours. We don't affect your stay here unless necessary, and it seems pointless to complain about something such as this.

i mean seriously what is this, Cancel culture on chat avenue? getting accused for stuff i never did? yep, seems about right. if my presence annoys you then im sooOOoOOooOoo sorry😢. until you give me proof as to what i did, i'll be sitting here laughing my ass off.

Well that wasn't very nice, I think I almost had my feelings hurt.

But anyways, *completely ignoring your comment now* You do realize that is was your choice to use the censored word right? I mean.... what exactly did you think was going to happen? Do you not know the ruling on that?

This goes for the use of censored words as well, use of censored words are punishable by warning or just mute/kick. He could have muted you for that and yet you choose to complain about a warning. A warning involves no penalty. We don't HAVE to give out warnings, that is something we CHOOSE to do. You chose to use a censored word, and got warned not to. You are the one that decided to escalate the situation well beyond what it needed to be. This is not something that has the magnitude of importance for a forums complaint.

So having check out your behaviour in chat and the sort of stuff you do. Your pissed because you can't behave or follow simple instructions. I come in to another mod saying your background picture contains non English language. ENGLISH ONLY!!!!! Imma not even start to discuss the other ways you can't behave in the room as I know it's more than the incapability to follow the English only rule. Like God damn. Complain if you feel we do something wrong not cause your butt hurt over things that you can not do

And yes I kicked you for continuing to be a ass and accuse other moderators of being "wrong" and the other derogitry language you used. So now you can show us your proof here for everyone to see of why you hate the currant mods we have in the room. And yes I'm waiting to see as you have hyped us up so much about the way you feel
 
Against Complain for Moderators (Kids Chat)

Hello, I am Avinash Walton. Against i complain Moderator AA Sanz who belongs to Kids Chat! He (AA Sanz) is broken a rules you can also check out picture. When public broken a rule by mistake then some proud moderators kicked/muted. And When I told about the wrongdoing of these moderators in front of the public in the chat room, I was also kicked out for 30 minutes! All people have their own right to speak against wrong! I ask superadmin that no action will be taken if the moderator breaks any rules? And when the public does not follow any rules then action will be taken against the public immediately! Rules are and remain for everyone .... As long as no action is taken against the moderator, the people will continue to be arbitrary. In the last, I would like to say that this moderator should be dismissed as soon as possible!

Of course i'm gonna call someone dumb for comparing a mod to a Nazi. they have no caparison AT ALL. this is not even breaking rules, i also wasn't the one that kicked you, lol

Boo hoo you got kicked!!!. Your attitude stunk on main chat, not only had you upset me, but others chat users too including one mod I know of at the time who was pretty much done with you. And now you going on about justice? Well you want to talk about justice, then I want 1 hour back of my life at least the time I had to hold myself back on main chat while you were giving everyone else grief. You got what was coming to you. maybe next time you might think why most people on the main got annoyed at you and why you got kicked. Perhaps then it's your behaviour that needs to be checked.

I do suggest tho, follow the rules. And we as UnknownWarrior stated in another post we don't have to give warnings, we choose to cause we want the best chatting experience possible for you. If you wanna abuse it fine, then we will take away the warnings and kick you straight up, and no. Not just you as that would be victimising. If you follow the rules we have to enforce then good, if not then we will take action

I am giving this message to you specifically as you have achieved so much. You managed to get the attention of half of the mod team with a pointless forums post. Not sure I would call this an achievement but you get what you get.

I suggest in the future you just drop the issue, which shouldn't even exist in the first place. Lets all recap what has happened. User gets warned > Makes forum post complaining about a mod > Provides no proof > Do I need to go on?

Both the kick and warning were valid. This conflict never should have happened.
 
You were kicked and then you posted this complaint on here over AA Sanz, however this morning when I wake up the first thing I see is you causing the problems you were kicked for . Talk about being a slow learner. :banghead: That the mods took the amount of abuse and you gave this morning show there's patience and willingness to put with people like you until it cannot go on any longer.🙂 I personally if I had the power would have Ava Kedavada your butt out the door for the second time.😀

The main chat is not your play ground to abuse , insult and disrupt other people. It's not your troll playground. The sooner you learn that the nicer your time will be. Cos to be very honest I know number of users that's fed up with you being on here. As from what I gather the Mods aren't happy with you either. We as users of the site are not your pawns to be abused and insulted, and the mods are your Whipping posts.
