This is one of those posts that I thought I wasn't going to write...ever.
But things change...and I am happy to see it.
Lately, the Video room promoted new mods crew.
I was pleasantly surprised to see them in action. The way they started working is very positive and gives general hope for this site.
They all work as one, which is very rare to see.
Now you might say that some of them are my close friend and I am kissing ass now. Which is never the case. In fact, I was advised on several occasions by the mods to maintain clean chat or be kicked from the room.
Honestly, some of you know how much I love kicks and bans and...I wasn't going to do it...
But I stopped, thought about it twice and decided that their example of good modding is worthy of following.
A short story long in making...I decided to join the positive vibes in the room and changed the way I write.
I think that all the mods should come to Video room for training.
So far so good...
Congrats to the new mods team from Video room.

Since we are in good spirits with this thread of complements... I would like to complement you Baclovio since your return. Your outlook is refreshing to see and I applaud your efforts. You have accepted and done your time with back to back bans and come back without vengeance nor retaliation. You certainly have been sipping the Schweppes with a twist of Love! :heartbeat Keep it up!

damn id love seeing cat every few months as well. jenn became a ripe bitch when she changed her username to "jenna" and became forum um. before that she was funny as **** and cool, sad memories :reallysad:

It is true that I 've been banned several times and never returned back rolling up my IP address or using VPN alternative scripts.
When I return I never vent about the bans...that's true too.
What also is true is that my style never changes. Its sharp like a Japanese Katana but is always in the manner of everyone's well being(so they can think about it and become better persons in life) I use allowed criticism and moderate Erotic in my posts. I never will never take revenge upon those bans and I serve them correctly cause I know that the act of ban in my case is an act of weakness.
If you ask me how I do it...I will tell you the truth... I speak 8 languages and write so. I go to multiple sites and rooms....from east to west from north to south of the globe.
My choice = my life= my style. I know what I am doing and I will get you all there for sure. As I 've done it many times before peacefully and smooth.
Thank you again...bans don't affect me a lot. (Only in some cases when I want to communicate with some persons that I hold dear or have future plans with)🙂

Mods in Video room...solving another issue.
After they successfully get rid of masturbating members on cameras, they took on the clones in the room that cause so many conflicts. It is so encouraging and inspiring to see them in action as one again stopping members that use more than one name at the same time.
And all this success while maintaining a fair and free of restriction flow of conversations in the room.
This is very important to me...cause we have examples in other rooms where one or a few mods are actually influencing the way of discussions by leading the crowd with posing their own rules of the game.(people are not " flock of sheeps " to be led in one desired direction, they should have their opposed opinions upon matters, always and that's the beauty of it all) That's not real leadership in success..that's only painting over existing issues in the room...waiting for the right moment to explode.

That's the way you do it...by applying the rules and not interfering too much in the overall flow of the conversations.
Excellent job Video room mods team.
Mods in other room should be trained by you.
Chat master should be proud of you all.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank the mods/admins for doing the great jobs they do. TheAmazingMori, Enchantress, Flame_Song, Purple People Eater, Cuddles, and Pretty Tia, thank you for all the hard work day in and day out. Not to say any other Admin/Mod doesn't do a great job as well, i just spend my time around these lovely people. Id say keep up the good work, but that goes without saying.
