Constantly banned user returns constantly

A user on teen has constantly returned by passing every ban , not only on teen but other related sites. He makes a new account with in hours is a predator, .. ..the only description for him, he is now using slider. Credit to the admin and one mod/admin for normally taking he quick action except this time.

He preys on yngr girls and should be avoided

slider, honeycomb and especially shadowhawk are fully aware about the situation. They have repeatedly banned him under let's see, 15.names,now it's slider, idk if they saw my message

mediate, mediate3, mvsail, ski2026,Mv sail, ski1213 just a few of them,mvsail was last, shadohawk is way familiar with this.
He's on girls chat too, but they couldn't care less
