I am being treated so badly I am being constantly kicked from the room with out warning or in sighting such actions to be taken, cuddles is a guy in a girls room there is something truly wrong in just that alone, he does as he wants with out any action be taken against or to adjust his behaviour, girls chat the hint is in the name and for a male mod to be active in our room is wrong. Cuddles is making up stuff for his reasons in kicking me I've not done anything other than not charging my name in chat, I need help in moving forward with this matter as I can see him once again keep doing the same, I need the cm help

Actually, out of your 18 kicks, only 2 of them are from me and both today, and you have a constant history of purposefully trolling, and being disruptive, you have had more warnings than almost anyone over your obvious attempts at causing trouble so you could find excuses to do things like this.
Your behaviour will not be, and clearly has not been tolerated by anyone, and you continue to do the same things daily, which in doing so is just kicking dirt into the face of those that asked and tried to give you chance after chance.

I know I have certain mods that will kick me for no reason or any petty reason they can find in the Singles room! I love how CERTAIN mods won't let past infractions go and forever kick you based off past infractions. They will sit back and let other people troll me but the moment I respond BAM KICK! Lol it is what it is though, only advice I can give is just keep filing complaints or find another chat server to join. Take this issue up with your room admin, if the room admin is doing nothing, then take it up with CM.

when your past infractions are: catfishing including posing as a female to gain another females trust only to turn around and use information obtained through pm to "shame" them in main chat, constant repeated h0mo/transphobic , misogynistic posts, topics or remarks. posting/flooding others r/l info including but not limited to names and social medias of their offspring and family members , or posting females nudes "for fun" or "pay back". you dont get a pass in hopes of better behavior.
