Luv this. Étouffée and sauce piquante are some of my favorites.
If you ever find your way to Wallace Idaho....The Smokehouse has some excellent Cajun dishes....

Sorry for the late reply...I drove up to the hills and did some hiking in the snow.
Ate lunch up there....
Deer ribs cooked over my campfire...served with rice , corn and peas.....Yum.

I think they had a recall on them they said the candy has metal in it. Don't eat no more.
