Tonight Dinner meal ~ Spaghetti 🍝 and meatballs. 🧆 Water to Drink.
Unsweetened applesauce.

Tonight Dessert ~ French vanilla ice cream. With chocolate on top and with whipped cream.

Last night.

Dinner Seafood grilled Lemon 🍋 pepper fish fillets.

Water to drink.

Dessert ~ chocolate chip cookie cake.
 
Blueberry English muffin and I tried it with vegan butter. I loved the Blueberry English muffins. I did not like the vegan butter. Yuck! I I wanted to try vegan butter it was gross in my opinion. I try anything once. I will not but that brand of vegan butter ever again.
I loved the blueberry English muffins toasted.

Today has been a super busy day and I am so tired and exhausted. Ugh A 12-hour long day for me.

Ever had a vegan burger? Are they any good?
 
I will be having pizza today with a friend. Then I'll go back to the doctor's office and they'll have to check my spider bite again. And then go for another walk I like to go for 2 to 3 walks a day for about 30 minutes to an hour every single day. Yes I'll be busy today and all week yeah. I hope everybody has a good breakfast, lunch, and dinner today. Talk later.

Yes some are good and some are not but yeah there's some vegan burgers that are very good. I ate some vegan stuff and some things I just eat regular you know regular foods. But I wanted to try this butter and it was just disgusting. It was so nasty but I still have it I'm just going to eat it until I finish it but I won't buy it again. I don't waste anything and don't throw it in the trash. Do you like anything vegan?
 
Last night I had the best burgers for dinner. Wow and I made them. I love to cook. They had cheese in the middle and garlic in the middle and much more in the middle of the burger I always add ketchup to my burgers I love ketchup but I don't like tomatoes.

Carb lite wrap with last nights left over steak warmed and thinly sliced on mayo with Horseradish sauce and ice burg lettuce! broke my fast nicely 😊
