Dark chocolate

But they say it's *safe to eat* and *acceptable quantities* how about NO lead or cadmium in our food?
 
The experts have been saying all along that dark chocolate is better for you than milk chocolate, so imagine all the health nuts going through life thinking this but then suddenly coming across this article. Also, what's an "acceptable" quantity of how much I can eat it whilst keeping my life intact?
