Unfortunately, admins’ hands are tied because all bans do have to go through CM.

Dallas, I am not sure what the laws are in your country but I am certain those screenshots could be the foundation for serious and far reaching legal action.
The issues in Dating Chat are applicable to the entire site - guests are given free reign to harass, abuse and spam because there are no controls in place. There are regular and known people who log in as guests and repeat the same behaviour constantly and guest accounts are still allowed and welcomed.
The logic behind bans is flawed - for example, a known PDF File is banned in all other rooms except Dating Chat because the offences never occurred in the Dating Chat room. And thus existing VIPs and regulars who have been a part of the Dating Chat room have to endure his vile presence. A ban in one room should be a ban across the entire site - why does Chat Avenue entertain criminals?
Now a person as evil and twisted as evidenced in those screenshots is allowed to continue with his behaviour because bans of VIPs have to be 'approved or handled by the site administrator.' Again, why is Chat Avenue entertaining this kind of cyber harassment?
The constant argument of "Just ignore, people" is really old and why should people who have paid in good faith to be VIPs have to constantly be harassed, bullied and abused and to have to constantly "ignore."
C h a t t e r s who consistently and repeatedly break the rules should be banned, regardless of what the rule is.

The screenshots are being removed because links aren’t allowed and the screenshots are not appropriate for a 13+ platform.
In the meantime - please be sure to utilize the “ignore” function so that those breaking the rules don’t interrupt your fun times in there.
