Recently my account on Teen chat Avenue by the username ‘Oreocookiea’ got banned. I believe it’s a false ban, I was an active member on the site and didn’t do anything illegal, I myself believe that illegal habits from people online should be prohibited 🚫 and strict action should be taken by the staff to avoid such circumstances. I appreciate the effort your team is putting everyday for keeping everything in order but I’m writing this Forum to draw your attention to my banned account. I wasn’t well aware of the restricted words and so I was trying to spell ‘astro physicist’ during a recent chat with a friend, I am sincerely apoplectic towards my action even though I was oblivious towards it, I shall take the responsibility of NOT using such words that might involve sensual terms or explicit ones but I do want my account back as I made many new friends and attachments.

I am expecting your team to look into the matter and favourably un ban my account . Once again thank you for the efforts you guys are taking to keep this site safe of everyone.

You're right, it is a false ban. It is nothing to worry about. The spam filter targets these letters ' s t r ' as they're used by mostly Pedophiles and spammers on our chat - Please be careful in the future.

But I don’t even know what those letters even mean 😢 I’ve came across many such words, the ones which I was never aware of. I apologise once more because I’m new to this stuff and don’t know much about it…
