Your screenshot was of your friends wall post on another site. At the top of the screenshot was the competing sites URL. Totally unacceptable even IF you were trying to help, and posting this stuff to main was not even the proper place.

The person you called a man just now in the room you failed to provide proof. Kick was appropriate in that case.
