Hi fellow ********.
For those who didn't noticed there has been update on roles. I'd like to open discussion on those. Link bellow:

My first concern is about all rules which involve Dylan's "come to me".
Wanna see what happen when I "come to him"?

.... isn’t allowed. Use your ignore if you don’t get on well with ********. Do not call ******** pedos and start drama. Proof is to be sent to staff

All chat rules also apply to your profiles, moods, bios. Changing your name under mute is also actionable.
And don’t double browse

1- The age requirement for this room is 17+ Anyone below this age is max kicked and banned. Anyone caught asking for the underage requirements for this room will also be banned.

2- GIF RULES. No nude, crude or strobing gifs.
No gifs set to directly or indirectly attack others and/or try to divulge personal information. No memes/pics using other users' selfies/photos, whether found on the internet or not.

3- No scrolling or spamming, this is people posting the same message over and over again in such a short period of time. Three consecutive messages in a row usually constitutes scrolling.

4- No social media requests or posts in the main room. If you do want to exchange socials (at your own risk) then this can be done in PM's. Social links in profiles, wall posts, or anything public counts as not being allowed, too.
When considering sharing your socials, you are advised to consider the risk of doxxing. Doxxing is explained in detail in rule 12. You must not send your social profiles unsolicited to any other chatter.

5- No sexually offensive names. No references to Rape/Bestiality/Paedophilia. Each of these will be incur a max kick.

6- Drug talk should be kept to a minimum, but as it is legal in some places, it can be discussed. Please refrain from posting pictures of drugs and drug use, and keep conversations around the topic "mild."

7- No Racism/Homophobic/Transphobic/Agism/Misoginistic/Sanism/Abilism remarks. Please be nice.

8- Sexual talk is permitted as the room is 17+. This is not a 18+ room though, so refrain from going too far. The topics following are kickable so please do avoid: Age-play, DDLG, Sexual harassment, BDSM, Bathroom Scat/Piss play and such.

9- Words such as C*nt, N*gga, N*gger, F*ggot, Ret*rd, and any other potential discriminatory use of language are bannable. Any words the moderators or myself ask you not to use, please don’t use. If you disagree with a moderator's judgement, then please PM me. I want to leave this open to interpretation.

10- Political and religious talks are allowed but should be discussed respectively. Use your own better judgements, and if requested, please fall back from the topic.

11- The usage of a VPN/Proxy is not permitted so please don’t use these. Avoiding mutes/kicks/bans will result in your mute/kick/ban to last longer and be upped. If you don’t agree with something DO NOT EVADE, PM me on the forums, and this will be looked into.

12- Sharing information about other people that hasn't been shared publicly by them is known as doxxing. This is not permitted and will result in max kicks and bans. Examples of doxxing include (but are not limited to): sharing with anyone else or to another place, another person's real name, phone number, email address, physical address, or any other private information. It also applies to photographs that haven't been shared in chat by the person shown in the photograph.
For the avoidance of any doubt:

  • If a chatter breaches rule 4 by sharing their social profiles in chat, on their friends wall, or on their profile and you then share that information, this will be counted as doxxing by you
  • If a chatter has shared personal information with you in private and you then share this with others, this is doxxing
  • Posting another chatter's profile picture (pfp) is not allowed. It is actionable, but isn't doxxing
Doxxing is taken very seriously by all Chat Avenue staff. As doxxing is such a serious breach of room rules, we need evidence that a chatter has doxxed someone else, and the only acceptable evidence is a report using the report feature in chat. This will then be reviewed by staff and actioned accordingly.

13- English is only to be spoken anywhere across the whole room. Alongside this, please ensure your font colour is easily readable for all staff and ********.

14- We should respect people for their race/ethnicity/sexuality/weight or any other kind of way. We should respect everyone for who they are. Think "if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all"

15- Moderator abuse will not be tolerated. If you don’t agree with a moderator's judgement, contact me so I can investigate the issue, and act accordingly. If a moderator asks you to do something, please do it. If you don’t agree with it, just come to me. DO NOT ARGUE BACK.

16- No nudity will be tolerated. We ask for things that need to be covered up, are covered up (nipples, genitalia). Outside of this, your pictures should be allowed as long as they follow any other rules. As previously mentioned, if a moderator asks you to remove it, do so, and PM me if you don’t agree.

17- No children in profile pictures. This is for your own safety. You will have it removed and be asked not to have this up again and muted/kicked if you continue.

18- Posting of screenshots: (chat related funny ones are cool) no screenshots to attack, antagonise, bully, or manipulate others are to be allowed. Doing this will result in mutes/kicks.

19- We should not be posting or talking about anyone’s family which are not on chat. If you have a problem with a chatter, use ignore and bring it to mine or a staff members attention where we will deal with it.

20- Instigating isn’t allowed. Use your ignore if you don’t get on well with another chatter. Do not call ******** paedos and/or start drama. Proof is to be sent to staff.

All chat rules also apply to your profiles, moods, and bios. Changing your name under mute is also actionable.

Also, don’t double browse

** Can someone please correct the post so it doesn't look like a 12 year old wrote the rules... Also, you actually have to reply to people when they do complain to you if you're going to tell them to complain to you. Just a heads up.

The "leaving this to interpretation" part is a little silly since what one person finds offensive, another person might not. Especially when one of your mods is consistently accused of kicking for reasons lots argue against as is 🤷🏼‍♀️

The lack of commas is quite astounding. The italics placements are quite a choice 🥴.

14- We should respect people for their race/ethnicity/sexuality/weight or any other kind of way. We should respect everyone for who they are. Think "if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all"
The inclusion of weight here and not gender or age is a particularly fun highlight.

Anyone caught asking for the underage requirements for this room will also be banned.
Can anyone translate what this means for me?

All and all, pretty thorough. A push through Grammerly or a similar language tool might not be a bad choice considering the feedback you're receiving @DynamicDylan. You might also want to add a rule about URLs/websites/links since there seems to be some discontent and disagreement surrounding that subject.

In general, I'm not against threads of this nature as long as they remain constructive and not a troll fest. Having an open dialogue surrounding the rules can be productive to help with understanding and adherence. A note to the ******** posting here: I know a lot of you are poking fun, but specific questions often render more enlightening answers. If you have a direct question about a rule, ask it in a way where an answer will satisfy your inquiry so DD actually has a chance and bringing resolution to your grievances.

How can these people complain about being bullied in the chat room when they do the same thing to the admin of the room?😉

This is well-organized collective bullying - brazen "mobbing".

This is a flagrant case of bullying in which case the leader bully may have one or more followers who are willing to assist the primary bully or who reinforce the bully by providing positive feedback such as laughing, constantly opening the same topics, trying to inflict repetitive emotional damage, persistently targeting...

This kind of organized behavior sets dangerous examples for future ******** and should not be allowed.

Bro, your picture looks very nice. What happened to you? Are you getting younger as time is passing by or are you just aging well?
What's the secret?

I bet the ladies stalk you all the time😉
