And if we kicking them, we're gonna get arrested anyways, so at that point, if they don't move.... May as well make sure they don't get back up and just keep driving

Yes while they literally travel to where they need to go using oil, wearing highly reflective safety vests using oil, waving around big vinyl banners made from oil, likely chaining themselves or gluing themselves with products made or manufactured using oil.
 
They could be a fail version of today's leftists, the real old school Lefties would never have done these kinds of wanton acts. Wouldnt rule out some govt spook operation designed to discredit environmentalists or other activists either.

For defacing arifacts ? Kick in the head? No. Kick their vandalizing butts into into the service of their country for 5 years, preferably the infantry. Those boys need to grow up.

Exactly, someone still has to go spend their time and money cleaning up the **** they create. In addition to likely halting/disrupting service/business or whatever the case may be, to clean up their ****.
