Do some of the moderators lack some brains?

So it seems I got banned for accidentally posting a screenshot I saved in my files I wanted to send to the next moderator that would go online in the Adult chatroom section and send them as proof. The thing is I forget constantly pressing the hotkey prt sc also acts as a copy&paste and therefore accidentally posted this image of an underaged child on the main chat which resulted in getting banned for 2 hours. 99% of my messages in the main chat consist of me looking for a female for a real-life long-term relationship and the 1% is about memes

My main issue is that it's been 3 consecutive days the same pedophile user posted multiple photos of cp even while a moderator was online during the time the offense took place and nothing got ever done to ban him. I even reported him from his profile a couple of times and also others did the same too and yet he still seems to roam free in the chatroom. I have spotted a few too I have reported, but seeing that the other paedo still hasn't gotten banned, I hardly doubt the others received a ban hammer.

This is not a big brain move as the moderator clearly neglected some protocols before banning the user wrongfully. This makes me question because this was purely accidental as it only happened once and the repeated offenders don't get punished in any sort of way.

Why pretend you are taking this seriously when I've once spoken to the admin Chopper of the gay chatroom and he explained it's something they have no power over because blablabla pedos keep coming back or whatever which is such a pathetic excuse for someone who has control on the database of these servers and surely you have the IP logs of all users in which you can permanently ban their IP, send it to the authorities or both.

At this point, I find it relentless to even try when I get punished for simply trying to help. It's fucking sad some of the moderators/admins cannot do their jobs properly and it's no surprise the chatrooms are a complete mess. Any sane person would be intelligent enough to stay away from those platforms

This is just a 2 hour ban so I couldn't care more or less about appealing to have my ban lifted let alone I'm just gonna stop using the platform for my own sake and well-being.

This was simply an observation and statement to point out some of the moderators and admins who do a shitty job at supervising the chatrooms and taking care of those situations. Good luck handling your mess that only keeps growing over the years.
 
As for your other complaints:
If you report someone’s profile and there is nothing clearly wrong with it there’s not much I can do. It’s better to report the offending pm or post and that way I can actually see the violation.

Unfortunately, pedos are a fact of life in all chat sites. I kick (and report to be banned) dozens of pedos a day and dozens at night. Every single day. Every single night. The admins do a great job of banning them. Unfortunately, bans are able to be evaded. So you might see the same offenders over and over. I realize it’s frustrating to the users. It’s even more frustrating to me.

I try and be in the rooms multiple times during the day and also at night. But I do have a life outside this VOLUNTEER position. There are going to be times that the rooms don’t have a moderator in them. In those times you can still report violations and once I log on I will deal with all the reports. And I deal with every single one of them. Sometimes there are hundreds at a time. But that’s fine. It’s part of my responsibilities to deal with them.

I think that addressed all your issues but if you have other ones please feel free to let me know and I’ll address those too.

The question also arises do some of the ******** here lack brains and the answer is yes.
Angel accident or not you posted CP which deserves a ban.. Better yet, you now have an image or images of CP on your computer which can be found should you ever be investigated for anything. My suggestion would be not copy and pasting anything that is illegal.
 
I did forget to add this: Never ever copy and paste pictures, words or other content. If you do that and send it to a moderator it is sometimes hard to tell whether or not it’s you that’s posting it or if it’s someone else’s content. Additionally, I would hope you wouldn’t want that type of content on your device. 😬

Also, If you send me a pic and say “user Joe posted this, kick him out” that’s not good enough for me to take action. I need to see proof linking user Joe to that content. That’s why I always tell people use the gear ⚙️ symbol to report offending private messages and the three dots to the right of an offending post if it’s in Main chat. That way it is crystal clear who the offender is. I have had people send me ss of the main chat to point out an offending post. But I prefer the methods I described above.

accidentally pressed it 😒. NEVER EVER same anything to do with CP to your computer or phone , report it in the room so it flags up .you never came in here to appeal your KICK not BAN as previously pointed out we cannot ban. you just came in here to slag off the mods instead. Think the only one lacking some brains is you for supposedly accidently posting a cp pic ,and for actually saving it in the first place. so you were actually correctly kick as you posted an illegal picture wether by accident or not .your kick will probably be over by now so have a nice day

As was pointed out above by @BlackLivesMatter , by copying the child porn and sending it to staff, you have in fact committed the crime of promoting child pornography. The only way to handle such a situation is to use the report feature to notify staff, who will take the appropriate action, which I assure you involves a kick by the mod, a subsequent ban by the admin, and forwarding to relevant law enforcement.

You were NOT kicked (not banned) wrongfully, despite what you may say. As to the rest of your screed, tl;dr

I can agree to a certain extent saving it in your files can be regarded as a punishable offense even if the person has good intentions, but that does not reveal one's motives. Saying I am promoting cp is going over the board given the only individual I wanted to send it to was personally to the moderator or admin himself/herself. I find it ignorant of you to call it a form of promoting cp when it wasn't my intention in the first place to post it on the main chat. It makes it difficult especially when no moderators or admins are around to let them know about those kinds of things at the time these offenses take place. It's a lot harder if the user has absolutely no profile picture nor a bio. So how in gods name do you expect me to prove something with little to no evidence to back it up when usually you ask for some kind of proof to confirm the person did something illegal?

So of course using the report button under those circumstances will be deemed useless given it's from the user's message and not their username, profile picture, background cover or bio. This isn't the first time where I sent a screenshot to a staff member in the chatroom revealing the user's message in the main chat, their bio etc. No surprises, I get told the user comes back numerous times repeating the same thing over. And no I did not get in trouble by the admin so to hell with your assumption that it's promoting cp by sending it to a staff member

Right. So you get a dozen pedos logging in daily but cannot implement a system that can get rid of them in a more efficient way? Like, for instance, you can add a feature that any words considered as promoting pedophilia etc can result in the users getting kicked or banned and have their information revealed to send it to the authorities. Because seems like anyone who spams gets muted/kicked or certain words are censored to keep the chatrooms clean.

The fact you get denied from logging in with a VPN toggled on shouldn't make be this insanely difficult to get rid of the offenders especially those who seemingly evade bans. I take responsibility for screenshotting it and won't be doing it ever again, but also have some damn accountability because the way it is being handled is rather poorly done and I know you can do better than that. It's impossible to do things 100% your way when literally you said it yourself admins and moderators are people who volunteer their own time in the chatroom and therefore aren't available 24/7. So do not expect things to be successfully done only by your way when I can see from miles the problem is still persisting and even getting worse as we speak.

I'm just gonna let you do your thing, grab my popcorn and watch these platforms slowing decaying, crumbling into bits, turning into ashes only to get blown by the wind and never to see again.

Any real improvement would come from Chatmaster or the owner. (Like that's gonna happen.)

Even them. They say they cannot do really anything which I'm sure it's complete bs. They are more focused on censoring words that aren't actually offensive or changing the designs of the platforms rather than taking care of the real problems. Honestly, hope is all lost.

Possessing the imagery is a crime, distributing it is also a crime. Never ever save or ss anything of that nature. Your lack of “lightbulb moment” that you have saved CP on your device is worrying.

Use the report feature, which is what it’s for. I would pm the room admin if you feel you’ve been wrongly treated by an individual mod.. but it doesn’t sound like you have. Mods do the best they can with the tools at their disposal so insulting us and putting our efforts down is not cool.

You sound like a troll and honestly if you have that much of an issue with the way the site is policed by VOLUNTEERS… I would try to find somewhere else chat. Good luck.
