Don't understand the ban

Username in room was: OhioGuy29
Room: Adult Chat (guests allowed)
Reason Given: Spam
How long: Just said ban as the reason with no time limit.
Not Justified because: I sent one message in a private chat and was immediately banned for spamming. I didn't think that was what spamming was and I wasn't even given a warning or timed out before I was banned. It doesn't make sense to me.
Date: 5/13/25 and approximately a little after 10pm EST
Name of moderator/admin: No idea, it didn't give that information.
 
Just to explain your ban a bit better while you wait... Spam bans are automatically placed by the system when a word, words, or combinations of letters are identified that are banned or otherwise in violation of the site rules. It doesn't mean you were spamming, and a warning can't be given since it's not a human that issues the ban. The spam filter just recognizes words and places bans accordingly. More often than not, this is an incredible feature to help decrease things like illegal content being shared on this platform. Other times, innocent chätters get caught in the net.
