Email address not valid

I'm having a problem creating my name again in the Singles Chat room. I don't log in on a weekly basis or sometimes even a monthly basis. Because of this, my chat login gets wiped and I have to recreate it. In the past not a problem.

But right now it's complaining that my e-mail address is not valid, despite it working fine in the past few years. The domain is gmx.com Not ***** but GMX. Is there a reason why the chat site is flagging the email address as not valid?

Heya, I would first recommend creating a G*mail account as it is one of the top email providers or use a email provider that is widely known. As far as your current email not working and it being shown as invalid, you should message @Chatmaster and he can assist you with that. I don't think our admins have access to those kind of things. 🙂
