So I have a friend who has been trying to create an account on Kids Chat for a month now, but every time he tries, it keeps saying ''you cannot enter the site at this time.'' He tried the IP address solution, where you reset the wifi's IP or something. He tried new browsers but to no avail. I am asking for some assistance with this matter, please. Thank you
