- Healthy Diet: Foods rich in omega-3s, lutein, and vitamins C and E (like leafy greens, fish, and citrus fruits) are fantastic for eye health.
- Regular Eye Exams: Even if your vision seems fine, an annual check-up can catch issues before they affect your sight.
- Practice Good Hygiene with Contact Lenses: For those who wear contacts, proper cleaning and storage are crucial to avoid infections.
