Explnation for use of report feature

Please explain what the report feature is used for in DM as well as in a Main chat room? Im not understanding why im getting kicked for reporting crude remarks towards me when I report and and reprimanded to use the ignore feature. What is the purpose of the report button then?

Learn to use ignore.<---- I reported someone's crude comment towards me in main and was kicked for 30 minutes and told to use ignore. What is the point of Singles Chat report feature if all you do is get kicked when you do report?
 
The report feature is for rule breaks. 90% of the reports you send us can be solved by using the ignore button as they didn’t break any rules.

You’ve been told this plenty of times at this point and have ran out of warnings. If you can’t use ignore, then we will simply remove you.

Any other complaints can be directed to @Ks_guy
 
Im allowed to report DIRECT crude abusive remarks in the MAIN chat room as well as in DM. BOTH places HAVE the report button. What is the report feature for then if not to use to report it? I also block people that you refuse to remove from Singer's chat room for chronically being abusive towards me like - Screem, Moose, Skeexy, Guykansas , Goodishgirl. It appears as though you are protecting these people rather than acknowledging that they are abusive - and kicking me for reporting it. How is this right?
 
The report feature is there to make staff aware of rules broke found here.

We are not here to mediate arguments. If the problem is solved by clicking the ignore button than common sense would say do this.

IF I had responses from anyone but TheLeigh, Id not have to post of forums. Ive read the room rules 3 dozen times. The report feature is useless unless admin and mods follow through. They know damned well who the harassers are in Singles chat. They are conveniently ignoring it and allowing their pals to get away with it. Instead I get kicked for reporting them. Hopefully one day this site will be cleaned up.

If I banned you every time someone reported you here, you’d be banned forever.
