False ban (teen chat)

My username is Jack14Welsh and I can't remember the room because it took ages for me to get an account on here to tell anyone about it

You’re 14 I assume right?
Here’s a list of the rooms. A few of these rooms pretty obvious you’re not allowed in if you are indeed 14 if that’s the case it was one of those rooms like adult chat in the ban was warranted. I can’t remember the rooms ages all of them off the top of my head but a few are obvious like GC, LC, & AC FOR EX.

yes if we knew the room, we could have staff look into it- the only other things is this:

If you see ban screen without any reason it doesn’t mean you’re banned. It means your IP is blocked until you’ve changed it and refreshed your page. Some of the reasons why your IP might be blocked:
  • You’re using a VPN - the sites are blocking these. Often used in attempts to bypass bans and other suspicious activities
  • Your country or state is blocked and/or it’s blocking the site
  • An alternate account of yours has been banned
  • The host might be blacklisted
  • A bug. Try clearing history/cache

@Seyma is the admin of Teen Chat and is the only one who can lift your ban. She's tagged here, which will draw her attention to your post. She'll investigate your ban and lift it if she feels the ban was placed in error. Be patient and she'll reply as time allows. You can alternatively send her a PM with your username and a request for your ban to be lifted, if you'd prefer. To do so, click on her name in this message in blue and click "start conversation."

System filters are diff across the site- there might be some common triggers but with all the diff ages, topic etc it's custom. Exact triggers likely won't be shared so undesirables can't sneak past.
