False Spam Ban

Hello, I found your account in Mobile. Your account isn’t banned.
I still can’t log in on my phone. Idk why.
It only says I’m banned when I use my WiFi
That most likely means that the IP you’re connecting to is banned.
Well why is that? I didn’t do anything wrong. I shouldn’t have a banned IP. Is there a way I can have this issue resolved?

Yes but I didn’t spam or anything like that.

A spam ban doesn't mean you were spamming. It means the spam filter picked up something you said as banned content and you were banned accordingly. We're seeing a fair amount of false spam bans at the moment. Although I'm not Adult Chat staff and cannot verify this theory, my guess is that you received a spam ban on one of your alt accounts and now your home WiFi IP address is banned.
That’s kinda what I’d assumed but like is there anything that can be done to fix it? Not being able to use my WiFi in the room makes it very slow.
Do you use guest alt accounts or registered alt accounts? Or both?
(Theories on how to resolve your issue changes depending on your answer, I'm not just asking redundant questions.)
What I'm hearing is that you were on a registered account and received a spam ban whilst using it. What is the username of your registered account?
I understand your frustrations. Sometimes spam bans are in error, but it's a small consideration for the huge number of bans that the system places correctly for chätters discussing banned content.
